Tray's Fitness
I first took an interest in fitness when my health teacher explained to me how the certain unhealthy foods that I once loved will shorten my life span. From that point forward I started to transition to a vegetarian lifestyle by removing one form of meat once a year until I became pescatarian; then Finally vegetarian.
I started to train in fitness calisthenics because I realized it’s the best way to have full body control not just muscle gains. When you combine that with eating healthy I achieved complete happiness. Now I want to share with others an approach to find their own.
